Family Boat Since 1934

Firefly has been in the Clay family since 1934. Jamie is a builder and restorer of wooden boats and so it came as no surprise that Firefly is such in such obvious A1 condition. His website is worth a visit, particularly the page on the restoration of Venture, an Albert Strangle designed yacht built in 1920, and the page on the half built Cherub 2½. Incidentally, Firefly has a connection with Harrison Butler who adjusted the design of her keel and rig.
