The Poolbeg Yacht and Boat Club turned out to be a good base for our family week in Dublin. From it we visited Dublin Zoo twice, the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and Imaginosity - three floors of soft play, pretend shops, art zones, dolls houses and a garage of cogs and cars. Most food items are more than twice the price of 'back home', and taxi fares are eye watering, although less than the cost of ferrying a car across the Irish Sea. All too soon, Helen and Frida are boarding the Ferry and "The Dublin Family Week" is over.
