The third day passed motor sailing southward for Bardsey Island. Once the tide turned, and assisted by wind over the stern Tramontana zipped along at six knots. The photograph shows my breakfast of mushrooms, tomatoes and onions, which I placed on stove top cooked toast with brown sauce.
